  Carefully place the jewelry in its original HELAS gift box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
